Mt Lyndon

Trip Overview

This is a day trip. Leaving the state highway in Craigeburn we will climb the slopes of Mt Lyndon (1489m) for spectacular views of Lake Lyndon and the surrounding snow capped peaks. You will need decent tramping boots and a base level of fitness to make this 500m climb. Your trip leader is Brent Robinson. We will be leaving Sunday the 11th of October.

Gear Required

Stiff pair of boots. Wind/rain proof jacket. Warm clothes for the summit and enough layers for the climb. No cotton! Drink bottle, sunglasses, lunch and a bag to carry it all.
